Ordering & Payment
What are the payment terms?

Can I mix and match styles in my initial order?

How often do you release new collections?
We release new bridal collections twice a year. Wholesale partners receive early access to these upcoming designs through our partner channel.

Production & Delivery
What is the production timeframe?
Standard production takes approximately 1.5-2.5 months after order confirmation. Custom-sized orders typically require 2-3 months.
How are the dresses shipped?
We offer international shipping at a rate of $30 per dress. For US shipments, we charge a flat rate per box (approximately $50 for a large box).
Do you provide tracking information for shipments?
Yes, tracking information will be provided once your order has shipped, allowing you to monitor the delivery progress.
Can I place a rush order?

Do you offer custom sizing for wholesale orders?
Yes, we provide custom sizing for an additional $50 per dress. For plus sizes, the additional cost is 10% for Size 16 US+ and 20% for Size 20 US+.
Can my customers request specific alterations to a design?
Yes, specific alterations can be accommodated if communicated during the ordering process. Please note that this may affect production timelines and pricing.
What if a dress doesn’t fit a customer?

What is your return policy for wholesale orders?

After your first order, you'll gain access to our complete photo catalog and marketing content. You’ll also receive access to our closed partner channel with factory photos, behind-the-scenes content, and fresh social media assets.
Can we use your images and videos for our marketing?
Yes, you are welcome to use our professional content on your social media and marketing materials with proper attribution to Olivia Bottega.
Do you offer any marketing support or consultation?
For an additional fee, we offer marketing consultations and guidance on promoting your salon/shop or brand.
Will my store be listed on your website?
Yes, as an official wholesale partner, your store will be listed and promoted on our website, increasing your visibility to our global audience.
